By using the Site, requesting a quote, or messaging us, you agree to these Terms.

If you provide a mobile number or text us, you consent to receive customer-service and transactional messages from Damstrong via SMS and RCS. These include quotes, order and shipping updates, appointment reminders, financing follow-ups, and support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We use Twilio and mobile-carrier networks (and, for RCS, Google) to deliver messages. We may share your mobile number and message content with those providers solely to transmit the messages you requested. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the number you give us.

Privacy Policy

Prices, inventory, specifications, and lead times on the Site are informational and may change. A quote is not a binding contract until we confirm it in writing and you accept it. Equipment sales may be subject to a separate purchase agreement, financing documents, and warranty terms published at damstrong.net/warranties.

You may not use the Site to scrape, attack, or misrepresent who you are. We may refuse service or disable access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being abused.

The Site and its content are owned by Damstrong LLC or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Site.

The Site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Damstrong is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Site or from delayed or undelivered messages. Our total liability for claims related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
