Each service request is reviewed individually. Provide as much detail as possible — the more complete the information, the faster we can follow up with a determination.

Who we should contact about this request.

Section 2

Machine

Identify the unit and where it currently is.

Full address, jobsite name, or city / state where the machine sits right now.
Section 3

Operator

Who was running the machine and how it's used.

Where and when was the operator trained on this machine? Certifications held?
Snow removal, landscaping, agricultural, recycling, etc. Describe the typical workload, surfaces, attachments.
Section 4

Service history

Hours and recent maintenance.

Section 5

The issue

This is the most important part. Describe what happened, when, where, and what you've already done about it. Vague answers slow the review down — give us the full story.

Jobsite name, city/state, surface conditions, weather.

Describe the task, attachment in use, load, ground conditions, and operator input at the moment of failure. Minimum 80 characters.

Tell the full story. What failed, what symptoms appeared, when, in what order, and what is happening now. Be specific about components, sounds, smells, fluids, behavior. Minimum 250 characters.
Exact codes / dashboard indicators. Describe any abnormal noises, smells, vibrations, or visible fluid.

Walk through every check, swap, adjustment, fluid change, or part replacement you've already tried — and the result of each. If nothing was attempted, say why. Minimum 60 characters.
Dealer, mechanic, manufacturer rep — name, date, and findings.
Dates, parts, who did the work, any modifications.
